Eastpack hosts an end of year celebration annually at Baypark and each year the team come with a new theme for us to provide a design for.
This event includes speeches, awards celebrations, team games and a post event DJ. Due to the large amount of attendees, we have live camera to screen so all guest can watch the relay games from a seated position.
The 2020 event was a Hawaiian/beach theme (in light of being unable to travel).
Design:
Stage – a 15x3m stage with a 15x2.5m LED wall to display content for awards, videos as well as beach themed ambient backdrops for speakers and general atmosphere.
Rigged effects lighting to bring warm colours into the room and for winners applause, festoons overhead, general wash for games area and preshow/arrival.
Audio – Distributed system to capture all audience throughout the event space
Lighting – Room wash with Effects lighting
Visual – LED backdrop for content
Camera – Wireless camera for interactive games footage
Show Caller – A client rep keeping the show on time and to schedule
Technical Operators – SX, AV, show caller and LX.
