A live production to suit this high-end, multi-faceted conference and awards evening.
The event brief was to create an interactive conference room for the audience to listen to the keynote speakers & mingle with sponsors in the exhibition space. The conference was held in the Mercury Baypark Lions Foundation Centre, followed by an awards night in the Mercury Baypark Stadium Lounge.
It needed to be classy, lighting to suit awards celebrations, dinner and networking.
These key focus points of the brief are as follows;
Engage audience with keynote speakers using sting music, cameras for close shot & lighting
For awards, 2 stages for the main ceremony and a band space for after party
Use space to allow for max capacity per show
A schedule that can be run with back to back shows
Capture the event for livestream for online audience that couldn’t attend due to Covid
Provide operating crew to run visuals, lighting, audio & livestream
Working with theming company to create a room look for Awards night
Audio – PA, foldbacks, Mics, stings, live band
Lighting – Stage wash, Room wash, Effects lighting
Show Caller – Technician to run slides and cueing audio & lighting for Awards
Camera equipment – 3 Camera angles for livestream
Technical Operators – Audio, AV/Show caller, Livestream, Lighting
